This handsome tower is one of the oldest, best known, and most accessible lighthouses of northern Finland. Located on a sharp point at the western tip of the island of Hailuoto, about 50 km west of Oulu. The island is accessible by auto ferry, and the lighthouse is at the end of highway 816, which crosses the island. ARLHS # FIN-028 (C 4142.1)
