SP 23 Castillo de Santa Ana (Castro-Urdiales)
The castle and the adjacent church of Santa Maria de la AsunciĆ³n are among the oldest and best known Gothic buildings of the province, they are believed to date from the 13th century. The peninsula on which they stand provides natural shelter for a small harbor used by fishermen for many centuries. Located atop a vertical cliff at the point of the peninsula in Castro-Urdiales.
